On the right side of the screen: Links> IMG code, copy and paste just that link and you'll get this:

You can just paste the img code in, no need to click the picture icon.

You should copy the code from the site that looks like this:
[IM G]http://i1173.photobucket.com/albums/r593/will123452/IMG_1001.jpg[/IMG]

Then when you paste it in (without the space I put at the start between the M and G) you'll get your photo embedded!

^^ what Syx said, just look for the [IMG]http://... code and copy it in the text box. Insert picture option just puts those [IMG] brackets around url, but photobucket does that allready for you so no need to do it again
