Pride and Joy - 1.8 Sport

Here she is, my pride and joy, a 57 plate 1.8 Sport in Milano Red.

The collection didn't go as smoothly as planned as the dealer hadn't applied the Life Shine paint protection that had been offered at a very cheap rate as compensation for messing me about, so it has to go back next week for that, and the car hadn't been polished very well.

These pictures were taken after a day spent washing and waxing.

Only had it 3 days but I am smitten by my space ship already.

Can you elaborate Robbo?

I am booked in to have it done next week at a cost of £90.

I have considered scrapping this and spending the money on good quality wax and polish such as Blackfire but thought that the Lifeshine might be worth £90 considering all the Auto Glym products that come in the after care pack.

One thing is certain I wouldn't spend over £300 having the Life Shine applied which is the RRP.

I actual got the a full lifeshine 'PDI' pack given free when I collected my car. Never used it, doubt I will to be honest as I have always have doubts about this kind of product. Interesting to see what people think in general about the product.
