Hi, It sticks on to the front of the lens, (no need to take the lens apart ) The pic should give you a better idea..Use the foam strip at the botton of the lens as a guide to keep the lettering straight, but all the info you need will be in the instructions enclosed with the cover.

Mine's all installed. Light works, but I can't see what it looks like yet as I'm at front pushing the brake and the lights at the back!!

Hi, That was quick it was only posted yesterday,. Well done, did you find it easy enough to apply? I tried to make the fitting instructions as detailed as I could, hope they helped. As for the lights being at the back,( sorry cant help you with that one ), but what I did do was wedged a thick handled screwdriver between the brake pedal and the floor, then went round the back and admired.

Mine's reversed into the garage so I can't get enough distance at the back for any piccies; but I did place a mirror behind and it looked great.

Hi, Ive been asked for some Type R style covers, and after having a look at the logo style, I thought it might have to be adjusted slightly to suit the cover.. Version "A" is the logo as standard,with 1 extra circle added either side, and version "B" has had the TYPE lettering made bigger to fill the width of the cover more (the R is the same size in both).... So which one would look best for cutting?...ALL FEEDBACK WELCOME.(good and bad)...

here are some pics of the brake light cover, and it looks like its factory fitted. dont panic if you get some bubbles in it as these are hard to see when its fitted back in the car. a couple of tips, follow gers "how to", straighten the sticker out 1st, clean the inside of the spoiler lip where the light goes as dust sits on the inside & tape the rest of the light lens up with some black pvc tape to stop any light escaping.

Hey..Hey, Pics at last... Nice job gray 52 , I like the look of the all black spoiler with the Milano, looks neat, and that tip about applying some tape to the lens is not a bad idea, it wouldnt do any harm at all. Well done mate ..

Well, it looks good close up, but I'm not too sure a couple of metres further back?

Would it be better if the mask was stuck to the actual window lens, rather than to the LED lens I wonder? Although it was taken in daylight and at night it might look a whole lot better.

PS: I'm wondering whether to remove about 100mm from either end of the black mask so that the LEDs shine through, what do you think?

PPS: I've just tested it again, this time inside my garage, and it is much better in the shadow. I'm still wondering whether to remove some of the mask though to make the LEDs more visible in daylight. Maybe 3 more 'holes' would be better either side?

Hi, Its not going to make a difference by putting it on the outside, the problem is with the design of the light itself, the light source for it is supplied by 6 small RED leds, which are all grouped tightly together in the very centre and is transrered to the ends of the lens via a CLEAR perspex bar, this is why we are getting a very bright spot of light in the middle and then fades out to nothing at the ends, but I am looking at sticking some RED translucent film between the light source and the lens, or could be applied to the lens itself BEFORE applying the graphic, I will keep you posted as to how I get on..As for removing some of the mask I wouldnt , as there is hardly any light to be seen at the ends of the lens.

Looks good out of sunlight, but any light looks poor when the sun is shining. Should look ace at nighttime.

In a word "DONT"...... The first design I did for this had 6 holes either side, but as the light fades away towards the edges it looked as if 3 were not working properley..If you remove any of the mask from the ends it will just ruin the whole effect of the overall design.(I.M.O.).

I've just posted an extra photo and it still looks brilliant, even using the flash. Excellent.
