i shift mod

have you had an i shift with the new mod in to drive if so how much is it improved on the standard model and can you confirm please that the road tax for the ex 1.8 i shift is to be the same as i have herd the omissions go up so the road tax is more thanks

The EX and Sport i-Shift stay in Group D i.e. currently £125/year.
The S,SE and ES i-Shift move from Group C-D.

Well I've only just picked mine up today and driven it home so far...

Seems very good but my original test-drive (albeit quite short), with assumably the original software, seemed fine too.

It's the first i-Shift I've owned and, as others have said, I think it will take a bit of time to adapt my driving style to get the best experience out of it.

i shift

hi wilky i have an 06 i shift not very smooth in auto mode so would be interested to hear a report as to the way the new mod performs mine can be very jurky on auto gear change which dealer is it and was your road tax £125 for the year
