Thought you would.
If it comes off, it will be interesting to compare mine with my clients real one.
Bet after him spending 174k, his key was made in China too.

Are you guys planning to send your car keys along with your home address to a total stranger?

Don`t take this post the wrong way i am not trying to cause an argument, I am just curious how this is going to work, I have not signed up for the folding key yet , but i might still change my mind.
If you open your key case up you will find another plastic casing in there holding the circuit and battery with the buttons attached to the outside of that case. Moving it over into the new key will be straight forward, almost a zero chance of damaging the circuit as you wont even see it unless you take the inner casing apart. Take your key apart and you will see, only takes 10 seconds. No need to send it to any strangers.

Feel free to ask any questions that come up, dont feel bad about starting discussions/arguments. You may raise a valid point that none of us has thought of.

Thanks for the feedback, saves others wasting money. As for quality of the awaited keys, we shall have to wait and see. Here are some remotes they manufacture for their alarm systems, although they are not flip keys they do look good in the pics and the workmanship does look better than the key off ebay. However you can only tell so much from pictures.

I don't think JTL is saying that at all is he? I flip key and a flick knife are to totally different things!

I want a flip key as i had one on my Seat Leon and it takes up less space and is less irritating in my pocket!

I don't like having big bulky things in my pocket. I can't even put up with my wallet in my back pocket. I have it in my front pocket and take it out and put it on the table whenever i can!

That's my reason as i am sure it will be with many of the others, but also people may want it just because it's something different to what the basic key is.

At the end of the day what people chose to do with their money is up to them.

Rant over!

If these really are good quality then I think I might just have 2 of them and not just 1.

TBH I dont think you will get the same quality from these as you would with a pukka Bentley fob. These as far as i know will be all plastic and the Bentley ones look as if they have a real metal section to both edges but it may be plastic I have never seen one up close.

When do you expect these keys to materialise? i would def be interested in two but a bit dubious on what you would get for £10-£15 quality wise??

Cant really gauge the quality on images above would need to see and touch it in real life.
