Pun my word
Honda must be getting rattled at the stream of complaints. Frankly, they probably wish they could order the temporary suspension of manufacture and just paint out the last couple of years.
To make matters worse, instead of Customer Service responding quickly there seem to be long delays before anything happens. They need to step up a gear, surely. A stuttering response to problems is never the best way to proceed. They seem to be in a fog and someone needs to cast light on the situation before the whole thing smashes. Yet no matter how much we turn up the volume of our complaints, nobody seems to hear. |

Seems as if he's got it right!
I'm still waiting for replies to correspondance from 2006! ......think I've given up hope now though! "I have a feeling that there is an afterlife. But no one will tell me where it is being held!" |

Probably worth looking carefully at the thread title again!
By the way, I should have added that Honda had failed to put a brake on complaints. And that the fabric of their excuses was wearing thin. |

Oh, and surely the almost universal one:
Someone should lift the lid on the Civic's refuelling problem. (To those who've taken all this at face value, well, I'm pleased. Puns are not so horrible when they're less obvious! I'm sure they'll stand out like canine testes if you re-read them now. To those who are simply, er...contrapuntal...I'm sorry. I'm just about punned out now. But there's one thing I haven't mentioned. Over to you, Charles!) |

I'll join in
There has been a battery of complaints from drivers of the diesel EX in particular, but on the window issue there has hardly been a squeak from Honda And Sat Nav owners feel they have been led down the garden path when it comes to upgrades of the disc. And brake pads? Well, the whole issue has just become a bit wearing really... And see - still no mention of rear visibility |
