body colour

hi, im buying a new civic type s in the next couple of weeks and want it in red but dont like the black trim going around the bottom of the car i wouldnt mind it so much if it was just on the front and rear but dont like the look of it on the sides. Is there any options where it is painted the same colour as the cars body?nthanks, dan.

Yes, commonly known as colour coding.

SOME Honda dealers do this, but any good auto paint shop can also help.

That high quote was probably from a Honda Stealer.

Try looking around for a local spray shop, I'm sure they could come to a more satisfying agreement, and if they've been around a while you could get a good job done.

Try your 'Yellow Pages'

.....must admit I do like that 'colour coding'.

Unfortunately not for Millie though.

Probably is not good enough.

You've just gotta go for Milano.

......then you can get that touch up stuff from Halfords!
