Honda owners online check

Anybody had difficulty in accessing the Honda car owners online check website?

I have used the following address in the past...

http://www.honda.co.uk/owner/GenericQasServlet

but this only gets a 404 error now.

Anthony.

Hi, Anthony

I tried this the other day from a link I saw on the site but it got stuck. Just tried it again using your link.

First I got your 404 so I deleted the last part of the address and went to Honda (UK) - Cars - Owner
Then follow recalls and updates then 'online check'

That worked and gave a link to Honda (UK) - Cars - Owner - Online Check from where I managed to get right through to a message that said there were no outstanding issues with my car.

Hope this works for you. Just in case it matters, I was using Firefox.

Looks like they have restructured the site.

Cut off a bit of the URL and you are sent here:

Honda (UK) - Cars - Owner

You can then click through to:

Honda (UK) - Cars - Owner - Online Check

** EDIT - which is exactly what ST said..... **

Thanks to everyone for their replies. I have been able to get to the site previously using Vista/IE without difficulties. Tried using your suggestions without any real success, so used my laptop with Windows XP and got through okay.

Result: downloaded Firefox 3 beta 4 which worked okay in Vista on my desktop machine. I think I may need to investigate the security settings in IE7 - which normally works without a hitch and still does on several other sites I tested.

Thanks again...

Anthony.

PS. After all that, there are no current updates for my spaceship.

To be fair, IE7 has been fine up until now, but now I have Firefox loaded up, I expect I shall use it.
