Advice on selling my 07 civic 1.8 SE

This is my first post but I have gained a lot of valuable information from this forum and was hoping for some advice.

I bought my red civic 1.8 se in September last year and need to sell it as my new job gives me a company car.
It has 5000 miles on the clock and is in good condition. I also bought the 5 year service package which is so far unused. It has no extras or alterations.

What would be a realistic price to advertise it for?

It is a great selling point, and may convince someone that yours is worth a bit more than one without, but the problem is you have to sell it with the car anyway.

Without a doubt.
I would advertise it for £13,750 or even £14,000
