How do you remove the drivers window seal?

The seal at the top of the door (on the outside) that the window slides down into - how do you remove it please.

not tried it on the Civ, but on previous car it was a case of taken off the inner door panel, wind window down and look for screws / bolts...

what does it need to come off for?

Thanks. I'm replacing the scratched stick on black vinyl on the upright. I've got the sticker set from Honda, but it goes down behind this window seal.
