as we are on the topic of choc and sweets
i don't know if anyone will know these, but 'bout 7 years when i was in school these sweets came out called fini booms - little red sweets that were very sour at the start and then very sweet . people would go CRAZY for these at my school, you could get them for 10p each from the shop, but people would pay 50p and more just for one in school to get a "fix." lol they were amazing though |

That is why they are doing this

I have heard of Japaneese factory inspectors (quite rightly) checking factory workers pockets. Anything found in their pockets, may later be found in a product or product box. But....if I was the Quality Director at Swindon, I would focus (no pun intended) on a few other things before the biscuit crumbs were top of my list. |

You're quite right - Milky Ways are very different now. If you want the old Milky Way taste then buy a Flyte bar - they're exactly like Milky Ways used to be.

I have no problem at all with Honda doing this there is a bad enough perception of UK workers quality control as it is.
If the Sun or News of the World got hold of stories of sweet wrappers behind trim it give Honda a major headache. With comparisons to Chrysler in America when some owner found a half eaten Happy Meal lodged in his new car I will tell you a wee story of when I was a small boy my Dad bought a new Ford Escort van for his business. Once I was alone in it I prized off the boss in the middle of the steering wheel and somebody had scratched behind it. "you are a nosey ***** arn't you" That could have happened nowhere else other than Dagenham or Hailwood. Needless to say Ford only build engines in the UK now |
