10,000 forum members does not mean 10,000 civic owners

Just amazing...! 10.000 members. Is there any other similar forum even close?

Its 10,000 Civinfo members! So you'll probably find there are a lot more than 10,000 8th gen Civics out there. They are already past 13,500 with the FN2 Type R

The other forums have:

France: 1325
Italy: 1212
Spain: 5274

One interesting fact is that the forum software rejects registrations that it suspects are from spammers. So far it has rejected 3972 registrations...

If you are talking similar as in "car" forums yes there are others with over double the amount of members but then Civinfo has only been here for two years.

I've been on other forums and I have to say that none are as well laid out and presented as this one is.

Nearly all the rejects are automated registrations from Russia..

Yep - kids use software to try and register on thousands of forums. They then hope to sell the list of valid usernames and passwords to spammers, who then go and put on those mobile phones for sale threads. All pretty pointless.

I found nothing really interesting about the Civic among my fellow countrymen. It's mainly "tuner" talk and "my petrol is better than your diesel" stuff.

Civinfo is the real thing IMO
