Annual Mileage

Wondered what annual mileage extremes, both maximum & minimum, we have on this forum.
Will it be the i-CTDi or a i-VTEC/i-DSI that tops it and which one is the pampered 'Garage Queen' ?????????????

We do about 30K non business miles a year, split between 2 cars. I reckon on 16K for the Civic 2.2 and 14K for the Accord Tourer. Last year it was 22K for the Saab 9-5 Estate and 8K for the Scoob STi. Year before, 8K for the Ford Sportka and 22K for our Scoob WRX PPP. It's always 30K a year, no matter what the cars are.

Think TTD & RichieR were leading the max annual mileage so far - 30K each & both oil burners.

No sub 3K'ers as yet

Hi, Just a short note that friend's Civic bought end of March 2006 and now has about 32,000 miles on clock! He sure knows how to test the car out.

Hi Brian
That's serious mileage and could be the max. on this forum ..... unless??

Do you know if it's a petrol or oil burner?

Last year I burnt 98 000 km (60894.3 miles)

Luckily I'm not using the Civic for work when I get it. So likely +/- 15 000 km (9320.5 miles)

Holy cow if that was without using it for work (as in all day, not just back & forth to home)

Hi Velocity
Allan40alt took his car to Rotherham for leather fitting, he did not hang around and headed straight for Meadowhall.
Has your highish annual mileage anything to do with escaping Rotherham?

Hi Velocity, one advantage of living in Rotherham is that you do not have far to go if a bespoke leather interior takes your fancy - but I think you opted for the factory fit job?
Actually, I have never been to Rotherham - but my seats have - so for all I know it may be a very nice place?

This thread has drawn out the high and average mileage folk, but the low mileage ones seem a little shy - perhaps there are none

Just under 8K per annum (keeps insurance down a touch). Over last 3 years 23500 in my Civic Inspire.
Now in the long wait for my Milano Red Mean Machine.

Have my since 4th Sep.

Done already 1900 kms ( 1 month ).

Regular days House-Work-House = 46 Kms, from monday to friday...

Sometimes I go for an extra ride and do a few more just for the fun of it
