Removing tailgate panels?

Hi can someone provide me with a link on how to remove the boot panels because I've finally got some time to fit a Steelmate parking sensor kit, which I will tackle in tnext couple of days, so desperately need some advice on how to dismantle the panels to run wiring. Ideally I don't want to break any clips etc, plus I'll also be removing the rear bumper too, so any advice would be appreciated.

Also is there a guide on how to remove the front bumper and run cabling from the engine bay into the car by the steering wheel because I'm also going to be fitting front parking sensors. (by request from the Wife!

So in order to get to the reverse light wiring, do the side panels just pull off or is there more to it than that?
