Why, it locks already????? It also has anti-syphon functions and a tube that is about a mile long to the tank, doubt anyone could syphon fuel out.... or are you worried about putting something else in???

yup, try it on there. For past few years, these cap must have a lockable flap, said to be a legal requirement but didn't apply to old vehicles. So a friend who owned an old vehicle didn't have one.
