What do you not like about your Civic??
I know we all love our Civics but there must be a few things you dislike or what you want to improve.
Mines the obvious Rear Spoiler. |

On a personal note nothing ...If any of the Silver CTR owners have looked at there cars at night in maybe a half lit car park the light that picks up the color and the panel styles ....there is nothing to touch the style and overall beauty of the car ...So maybe like a beautifull women she may have little faults , but the you learn to live with them ...ON A STEEL HORSE I RIDE

Hi Alee...ive posted this before on the new model change thread....but i agree..rear view visability is main problem.
The rear spoiler looks good on the outside but does obscure rear view. Also the lack of rear wiper is a complete bummer at times and you feel as if you are reversing blind at times.Someone said get the reversing sensors but you still want to see where your going, and when ther is passenger in the left seat you have to double check when pulling out as the view is obscured. The other thing is the poor stereo and something ive never had on any car..never mind a Honda is the build up of verdigree on the pos terminal due to copper/lead terminal...something im on to my dealer about as we speak. Apart for the above...i must say...this is still one of the best cars i have ever owned...people stare at bus stops as you go by..and i feel in awe of being in something that doest look like every other euro hatch on the road !!!!! If they improve some or all of the above i will buy another in a few years...cheers Barneybee. |

I have no problems with the rear visibility at all. The wing mirrors more than make up for any shortcomings with the rear view.

Lack of rear wiper ...
It's not a BIG issue - and yes - I knew all about it when I bought the car ! ...
But, as time has gone by, it's the one "easy fix" that I'd have liked ... And the 2009 'face-lift' does not have it either (which is actually a relief in a way), as I'd have been bright green with envy, if it had happened !) ... |

I'm with wheelchair on this, I've actually come to like the rear spoiler for its glare reducing effect
Seriously, talking about visibility, the rear spoiler is a non issue for me, it in no way affects your ability to see what's going on behind you, what with the wing-mirrors too. The A-pillars however.... I think these are awful and a real safety hazard. Take a sweeping righthander typical of many country roads and, unless you actively lean right forward and jig your head about, you've actually got no hope in seeing what's coming. A pain. And very bad news for cyclists and motorcyclists indeed, if a civic driver is not being proactive when it comes to dealing with this blind spot. Courant |

We hate the Car. It looks nice but the fact it has **** paint, and because it's a 3 door, whenever someone get in the back, the sit never goes back in the same place. So the driver has to adjust the seat every time.
There are things we do like. But this is the only car that I have ever known that we have ever regreted having. |

My Civic is beautiful, she is perfect in every way ......
Except those rear brakes and all that dust - but this is not her fault and I'm going to treat her to some greenstuff ones |

Might I ask did you test drive the Civic before choosing it as you don't seem to like the ride too much. It's just that your posts in various threads do criticise it a lot. Not being funny, I just wondered and I guess other members may have thought the same thing |
