Had my car about 4 or 5 months now, but it got it's first real test yesterday.
The mission was to transport 5 of us (3 adults and 2 kids) to France and Belgium to get a considerable amount of shopping. The round trip put 210 miles on the car, it used less than half a tank of juice, and the car averaged 46mpg. I just have to say the car was a complete pleasure to be in, everybody was comfotable, not one rattle or creak to be heard, and the enormous boot swallowed all the shopping with room to spare. It completely out performed itself! Just thought I'd share... Anyone elses Civic been put throught it's paces like this yet? |

Like Maxbert, I shall be bringing my left-hooker to Blighty next this weekend. Not from Luxembourg though, but from Hungary. A total of about 1,700km (just about 1000 miles).
So if you see an Alabaster Silver Civ in the Surrey/Sussex/London area with a little Euro H on the number plate (and CivInfo sticker on the bootlid) give us a wave! |

I had to transport enough beer / wine to keep 24 thirsty sales reps happy for a night, from Cardiff to Nottingham - does that count?
Lots of rattles, but only from the bottles |
