Open rear windows.

Try driving with just the rear windows open on a dc. The loudest and violent buffeting i have ever experienced in a car.
If you have the front windows open, i think it is quieter with the rears open aswell.

I'm guessing - but............Dual Carriagway???

Like I said, just a guess......might be something far more complex......

Try driving a CRV with the sun roof open. Serious pain for the ear drums.

The wife's got one. Still not as bad as this. I thought the door panels were going to vibrate off.
