Rev Counter plastic screen gone all dirty lookin - Civinfo

Rev Counter plastic screen gone all dirty lookin

Anybody know if you can remove the plastic cover from the cowel on the rev counter once the unit is out? My perspex screen is nasty on the inside...

Are you sure it's on the inside...? It would be surprising. More likely the anti glare coating is damaged on the outside.

Ah, yes if there's a coating on then yes that will be the issue. Anybody seen if they can be bought separately???

Most people use plastic polish to remove the coating. Look for Biorb aquarium polish.

I used Meguiars Plastx on mine and it worked a treat even getting rid of a few scratches that were on it when I got the car.
