This was produced for the 2.2 Manual (no DPF) only (although some may apply to other models)

Wheel Nuts – 108 N·m

Changing Transmission Fluid

Fluid Required:
Approx. 2.2L
Up to. 2.5L

Specification - MTL 75W-80 GL4 - Oil Advice
- Recommended - Genuine Honda MTF-3 Manual Transmission Fluid - 'Cox Motor Parts' MTF
- Premium - RED LINE Synthetic Manual Transmission Lubricant MTL 75W-80 GL4 - 'Opie Oils' Red Line MTF

Battery Base (M.8) – 22 N·m

Drain Plug (M.14) – 14mm washer
Transmission Oil Drain Plug – 39 N·m

Fill Plug (M.20) – 20mm washer
Transmission Oil Filler Plug – 44 N·m

Fill level indication (M.10) – 10mm washer (replacement not required)


Changing Engine Oil

Fluid Required:
Approx. 5.5L
+ Filter Change 5.9L
Up to. 6.8L

Specification - 0w-30 Synthetic meeting or exceeding 'ACEA A1/B1' 'ACEA A3/B3' or 'ACEA A5/B5' - Oil Advice
- Recommended - Genuine Honda New Generation Diesel Engine Oil 0W-30 - 'Cox Motor Parts' Diesel Engine Oil 0w-30
- Personal Preference - Castrol Edge Titanium 0w-30 FST A5/B5 Fully Synthetic Car Engine Oil - 'Opie Oils' Castrol 0w-30 A5/B5 Engine Oil

Aluminium maintenance lid (under car) (M.6) – 9.8 N·m

Drain Plug (M.14) –
14mm washer
Engine Oil Sump Drain Plug – 39 N·m


Changing Oil Filter

Oil Filter Assembly – 25 N·m
Oil Filter Removal Tool (required for torquing) - 'Cox Motor Parts' Diesel Oil Filter Removal Tool
