Type-R gear stick?

Wondered if anyone had tried this, or considered this??

To me the Civic looks a bit unfinished without a gaiter round the gear stick, have noticed on the type-r in my dealers that they do have a gaiter (and a nice chrome knob too - oh er missus!!)

Wondered how hard it would be to change this over, if anyone has done this, and if there is likely to be any difference between the type-r gear stick and the type-s one (longer, shorter, thicker, thinner) that would make this not possible??

My dealer is yet to get prices for Type-R parts (or so they said) but once i find out how much it might cost i will be tempted to have a go. Anyone ever replaced the gear knob and have any instructions?
