BIG NEWS GUYS (i think so anyway

I received a letter yesterday from a Market Research company called Arnold & Bolingbroke who "Will be conducting a series of informal group discussions with Civic owners in your area in mid-August". "The purpose is simply to hear your views and suggestions in order to help Honda to continue to improve both their cars and customer service".

This is the best bit

"The discussion will last for around one and a half to two hours and will be conducted by us, we would be pleased to offer participants £60 in cash as a token of thanks and to help cover any expenses incurred in attending"

Has anyone else received this letter? There is a Honda number to call to check authenticity of the project too.

So it seems that Honda are completing the usual post launch research for the next generation of buyers. I think I will need to go back to the "things we like/don't like" post to get all you points to pass on and maybe when we buy our next one in 3 years time it'll be even better.

Keyless entry - Its that bit more funky and old technology so no excuses honda!
