Civic colours

Hi All

As soon as my finances are sorted (prety soon hopefully) I'll be contacting JamJar.com and ordering a nice new EX diesel. The only problem I have is what colour to choose... you have to admit that the current crop of civic colours are pretty dire

I was wondering if anyone knows if there are any new colours due for production (maybe a dark metallic green, metallic red, or a white...) now they have dropped the cosmic grey? The production levels for the new bronze can't be all that high on the TypeR..

Otherwise I'll be oredring the NHB or Royal Blue..

Not that I would buy one, but the colours available on the C4, focus, leon are far mor varied. The civic range to me is various shades of grey, bright red or bright blue.
The colour is only a small influence on my decision to buy a civic, but it would be nice to have the 'perfect' car!

Get it resprayed! I guess I'd like to see some new colours too, but the call the current ones dire is a little harsh. Plus the metallic red on the C4 makes me want to throw up!

I agree that the variety of choices is pretty dire, but the colours available are cool.

Agreed. Just a bit limited.

Colours

There ought to be more choice, Civs are becoming so popular it's putting me off them!! Also, are honda doing the 'unique' anymore? On my 2003 Civic I had the option to choose varied coloured and patterned leathers and piping or stitching and contrasting or matching squabs on the seats?

BTW a Seat Leon passed me the other day in a colour called 'Natura Green' So nice I looked it up. Kind of like army green, it had a almost matt appearance to it and I thought that would suit the angles of the Civ much better, a very dark manly colour like NHB. Also white should be available in more models than it currently is, however I never want to see a bright yellow Civic!

I don't mean that any of the colours are bad, but that the majority of them are very similar... and most of them (in my opinion) don't compliment the civ's dramatic looks.
I personally think the back of the civic looks a bit of a mess, and I will be choosing a colour which makes it look less of one - probbably NHB, then getting the rear lights smoked.

While I'm on the subject of the civic's bum, does anyone think a spoiler compliments it?

Sorry pal, but that red made want a C4.

Unfortunately I then saw one!

The dashboard reminded me of a jigsaw puzzle!
