Wasn't asked.

By the way, no one speaks to me in the pub either.

Perhaps it's just me!

Hi TT Degs

I have been asked to fill out the form. Not happy at the moment as the front shocks are knocking.

So it seems I was right the majority if people that were asked to complete this survey had not complained to HUK, as HUk supply the details to JD it makes the whole thing very biased!!

Brodick your banging your head against a brick wall mate. Next topcat will think honda are fiddling with the post and filling the french and italian car company's survey's in just so honda look good.
Topcat just imagine that you have filled one in. all that it would do is drop the civic down 1 spot. End of.

Now that is just being silly, as if I think Honda are doing that

You say they would drop down a 1 spot if I filled one it - but what about if other unhappy customers filled one in, they would drop more than 1 spot would they not?

As the survey says - more non complaining customers received a survey than any of those that complained to HUK and bear in mind this is just a survey of the forum.

The fact that JD are given customer details from HUK prove that it is selective, do you really think they would be stupid enough to send out a survey to the likes of Geoff or myself. Did Cheltenhamshire get one?

Oh and bear in mind that although there is nearly 4000 members of this forum this is not a true reflection on how many still visit the site, on page one alone 27 members have not been to this forum since February or earlier.

So there are many members who have not answered the questions about the JD or the Civinfo surveys, in fact it could be they dont visit because they no longer own the car, I know of several that were sick of the problems and were not keeping the car.

Topcat.
What about a person who doesn't come to this forum but has complained to HUK. They might have had a survey but who knows, or do you read tea leaves or something. Coz your sure making assumptions to the like.
I can't understand why you keep on disregarding other manufacturers results.
Next you'll be saying that humans have never been to the moon!

Ben thats another silly remark, of course humans have been to the moon

No one can prove anything, it was suggested that JD do not get their customer information from HUK, I pointed out that they did and by doing this they could be selective.

I can not comment on other manufacturers I havent asked the question on their forums.

You dont know the answer and neither do I, but we all know for sure that HUK give customer information to JD and our survey on this forum shows that more people who have not complained received the survey.
