2002 Civic - Lights Audible Warning?

Wasn't sure where to put this, but does anyone know if a 2002 Civic should have a warning buzzer/alarm when you exit driver's side door with lights left on?

Try a honda dealer I can recommend a good one in Bristol

I did have the older style Civic and that did have the warning buzzer on exit by the drivers door.

My 03 reg Civic Coupe (USA built) had one - I'm pretty sure UK built ones did too.

yeah it does have the buzzer fitted,normally the drivers door pin switch falls apart on the inside(doesn`t earth out) so doesnt recognize that the door has opened ! normally the dead giveaway is that the interior light doesnt work when the door is open.

Yes can confirm that our other car a 2003 Civic does have a warning buzzer when the door is open and lights are on.
