Really not happy with Honda Bristol?

Issue resolved. Bristol Honda not at fault here so my fault for jumping the gun. There workshop manager was extremely helpful. So can't fault there work at all.

Must of been part of the super jet replacement work, can't see them doing that while checking the recall. Still shocking work.

Having looked at this issue with customer today , we can confirm its not the cooling fan wire connector and nothing to do with any repair we carried out. The fans were connected all the time and working. LKyworld is more than happy to confirm this .

I think there is a lesson for all here. Most people/dealers want to resolve problems and we should give them a chance before we put a post up saying we are not happy about them. fair play to the Op for editing his post.

Alarm I wa told. im not sure, but as it connected to the fans I wasn't sure what the recall for the wiring loom was about, so common sense would dictate that it may of been them at fault. It was clarified I jumped the gun a bit and freaked out as my cooling fans were not engaging (cold weather?) but after experience with some other dealers i don't have lots of faith unfortunately but credit where credits dues Honda cribbs were excellent today and I'm more then happy with there support and service. But as the car was only ever touched by Honda dealers (15k on clock) but I will be taking my car to Honda bristol cribbs still. So thanks to there workshop manager today for taking the time to explain.
