Looking to get this part of my trim painted, just wanted to know if it can be removed from the rest of the main bumper or does it all have to be painted thanks.

you have to remove the bumper to get to the greyish part and that then unclips from the upper front bumper section, and for the middle grand prix section that to will unclip has well if you unclip the clips and poppers holding it on.

You have to take the entire bumper off to access it, but it just unclips from the upper section once you've taken out the pushpins. If you're doing it yourself don't make the mistake I made - remember to reattach your fog light connectors |

No mate, took the lower splitters off to fit the GP kit on Sat! Reassembled the front to find I'd forgotten the flippin' fog lights
Some pics on my thread, car looks AWESOME Wouldn't trust myself to paint it unless I'd had ample opportunity to practice - otherwise the finish would be terrible! Almost brought myself to do it as was considering a fibreglass spoiler but got an OEM one offered just as I was about to commit to it. |

Thanks everyone, not looking forward to having to remove the whole bumper, but good to hear the trim can be removed
