Smile Now the proud owner of NHB Type S GT 2.2 i-CTDi!

Just wanted to announce that I finally collected the Civic on Saturday morning! Seemed liked I had waited an age for it. It's a 56 plate registered October last year, although it is a '07 model as I worked out from the chassis number. Shame really 'cos I wanted to activate auto door locking!
However that hasn't stopped me doing a few things already...
I "de-tango'd" the indicators and replaced the headlights on sunday, using silvatec and philips Vision plus bulbs. I ordered blue interior LED lights for the map lights and rear, which arrived yesterday but still haven't had chance to fit. Hopefully I'll get that done soon.
Absolutely loving driving now, much more than when I was driving my old mondeo! I can't get over the smoothness of the engine, and how relaxing it is to drive. Won't be too long still I start thinking about a remap....watch this space!!!
I'll hopefully be posting some pics soon.

Sounds great! - I see you're not too far from me (Southampton) so I'll keep an eye out!
Mine gets delivered on Wednesday, am planning on getting the phillips extreme bulbs too plus Honda sports gear knob; then maybe a remap some time too!

Look forward to the pictures!

Enjoy

She looks good.

Are you a regular in Flicks night club or more of a Town Mills guy ?

What does this "sport gear knob" look like, and where can I get one? Seen a few people mention it but haven't seen one for myself

Am going to get one myself once mine arrives (hopefully Wednesday!). Afew others have one and says its good. I havent been able to find another one that works for me.
Think it costs £75.00

Thanks Dean,

I like the look of the sports gear knob but I'm not sure about getting one after reading the posts. It is a bit pricey, and I don't like the fact that it affects the gear changes. Er indoors wasn't sure either! Think I'll stick to the standard.
