Number Plates TY**PER

Afternoon All,

Recently jsut before I purchased my civic, there was a type R with the number plate TY**PER on it, ever since I have been looking for one, but the seem to all be in use as there isnt that many combinations and I expect soem are on rnew cars that were jsut issued.

Many people have them on here or any other type r/civic number paltes out of interest?

I saw one on eBay 2-3 weeks ago T47PE R I think it was so there is some out there it was £495 inc transfer fees if I remember

You can get J100 CTR for 250 quid and if your lucky your initials year and CTR for about the same price eg CB07CTR for mine taken

I don't understand why you would want the model of your car on your number plate.. why anyone would. Any one that cares will know what it is..

There is nothing worse than advertising the make of your car on your number plate! Like X5 ???! We all know it's a bloody X5!!! Think of something more original that is personal to you.

I didn't mean it in that way... I just thought the ty**per number plates were quite good!

I looked at a type r plate but In the end found one with my surname on so got that instead, I agree don't get your car on it choose one that's personal to you.

Well a personal plate like CB1 is worth 40k and currently on the major of blackburns car, its not easy to find a plate with your name on that isnt a complete joke spelling where you have to ask the owner to figure out what it actually says and doesnt cost thousands
