Rather than comparing with North Korea (which obviously has so much of a bearing to our way of life and culture), the point , i believe that was being made is that our country,society has gone rapidly downhill from the quality it once was.

Yup and its all down to the whole Human Right's thing that harsher punishments can't be served. Benefits system is appalling due to the fact that its become socially acceptable and easy to get a free trip off the tax payer. The government....well..... basically don't have a say so in anything and are puppets to the big corporations.

As soon as she has lost she will be receiving a summons to appear at a small claims court. That should piss her off a bit more lol.

I could counter claim but wouldn't that mean me losing some of my ncb as she has no insurance?

Well guys I've just finished talking to the solicitor and it looks good for me. He is going to get all the reports from the police and with what I've told him, the cyclist doesn't have a leg to stand on. But as we all know the British justice system sucks so only time will tell so its a waiting game now. Ill keep you updated as things unfold.

Don't go through your insurer, go through small claims court.
