How much is she worth?

I have not been on the forum much lately and have come to realise I have lost the love for the FN2. It's a great car but I just don't really use it enough (only gets used at the weekend) and with a baby and wedding on the way I could do with the extra cash if I were to sell it

So what do you lot reckon I should aim to sell it for? I reckon 8-8.5k??

The spec is as follows

Dec 2007 (57) Civic Type R GT
32000 miles
Alabaster Silver
Full Honda service History
Just been MOT'd with no advisories apart from tyres
Will be serviced by Honda within the next two weeks and the front tyres will be replaced at the same time.
Tax till march 2013

Mods
GP pack
NHB skull caps
Rear Tints
Oem wheels powder coated gloss black (unmarked)
Skunk 2 gear knob
Team Heko wind deflectors
Rick Honda R ambient footwell lighting and Mr JP upgraded side lights/mains/fogs
Wanners blue fog light protectors
Type R badge kit and decals
Do Luck braided brake lines
Brembo discs
Cosworth Streetmaster pads
Mugen Oil and Rad cap
Eibach -30mm ABP springs
Eibach Camber Bolts
Revolution motorsport FRS

The car has the usual stone chips to the bonnet, but with it being silver they don't really show up that badly. There are no dings or dents

Lovely car mate! Just how I want mine to look. I think your price seems about right. You may get more overall if you sold the mods separately but that's your call. I would be interested in a few bits!

It's easily worth 8.5k.... will you get that though with the current market?

I'd safe bet at around 7.5k - 8k

Can't believe your selling stu take the mods of & sell them I have a spare set of springs !! Then sell them with the bolts ! Sell your mugen bits all money will make up what you might loose on the price you want !! & the pictures don't do this car justice it's even better in the metal & I can just see my littler ginger girl poking her nose out

I know I could strip some parts off it but I think I'd rather just sell it as is, things could change though

Thanks Mark, I'm not 100% set on selling yet as it's just an idea I'm toying with at the minute so may keep a hold of it untill next year. Just wanted an idea of what I'm likely to get for it.

Yeah petrol, cheeky remap should easily see 250bhp

The plan is to sell her car too and just buy the one decent one between us. It means we would have a new car and still be better off as we wouldn't be paying out for the two

I do like the red

Audi A4 2.0T FSI EXECUTIVE S LINE AVANT 211PS [START STOP] 5dr 2009

There aren't many 2.0 turbo petrols for sale though so could be a long wait to get the spec I want

I'm in the process of selling mine but there's not a lot of interest in the FN2 currently. Situation of too many on sale at present and some ridiculously low prices.

I would put it up for £7995 and looking to £7500 after been bartered down. Mods i'd strip and sell separately, they are worthless on the car at present and weirdly would put off the majority of prospective buyers who don't know their worth or positives to the car.

Good luck.

You had any interest at all fella? Luckily I don't have to sell it asap so I could put it up untill someone comes along and buys it at a price I'm happy with. The second hand prices are stupidly low if you ask me

I will probably remove the easy stuff. Should have really kept the original splitters, although I'm sure someone on here would do a deal whereby we swap splitters with cash my way? The same goes for the wheels.

Would probably just leave the springs on to be honest as they are a pain in the arse to change especially if I have to end up changing the droplinks again
