Delivery after Delivery?
Hi All, (1st post)
What a great site this is. I ordered my NHB 2.2 I-CTDI EX last month and was given an estimated delivery date of 17th Sept... 7 WEEKS!!... I called the dealer this week to get a confirmation. And he said that the 17th was still on. But the 17th is when my car is being delivered to the dealer, how long will they need it before I collect the keys? The wait is too much to handle! |

Welcome markymark81. It usually takes a day to prep the car, but it depends how many others they have to do, and where yours is in the queue.

Welcome, markymark81.
I had a six month wait, so 7 weeks is not that bad. It will feel like forever, I know. |

Welcome markymark81, welcome to the long wait club. I'm sure constant visits to this forum will help the days pass quicker.
There's going to be plenty of NHB ones on the road soon !!! |

Hi markymark81 and welcome to the forum,
I was told my dealer that my car would be available for the week ending 10th September, and that delivery would be a few days before that - a quick call to the dealer should clarify your situation |

I normally ask for a week from the clients, in order to get the reg assigned to the car, a proper inspection and valet. We can't reg the cars before they are physical with us. It might well be the longest week of their lives, but the car goes out in good order
