hate to be picky but you said its a 12 plate, but the car you recieved is 62

Really is a shame about the damage, though looks so much worse looking down the side of the car... could be a chance the B pillar thingy is bent which is a write of isn't it? Or is it just body work...

I feel your pain ! - here, I've been "broad-sided \ t-boned" 3 times in roundabouts, although never as bad looking as your damage ...

There's something "special" about drivers in the Stavanger area - give way rules are apparently totally voluntary ! - ditto lane discipline - and as for bloody indicators, even if they do use them (and that's not often), it's quite likely to be wrong (as in blinking out of a roundabout, as if it were a normal junction) !!! ...

Think I'm dveloping "roundabout-phobia" ...

Ouch thats a hefty repair bill, on the plus side at least its not your fault!

Is that the side were you had a few small dent? If so at least that's getting sorted now too.

Btw is that the Accident repair centre in Letchworth by any chance? I had my car repaired by them when a bus scraped me few months ago, they did a good job.

Guess they do but brand new paint vs paint that is five years old won't match? Abs, that's correct but it is intertwined with the damage she caused, just waiting for the ok to repair as the hire car is costing her insurance company 50 pound a day excluding vat
