found one review of a 1.4 with i-shift and it would seem the purchaser did not have a testdrive of the car - I wouldn't have even considered putting the I-shift with the 1.4 engine as I think it will be underpowered

didn't see anything else about the i-shift though

O.k think I have found the bit now 2 comments on the I-shift with a 1.8 engine one and EX owner and one a Sport owner

sound to me they either haven't managed to adapt to the box
or they have had other issues

Our car always has power on tap when and where required - no scares
no issues - more than happy and I know I am not alone in this
