It's not stated on their web site, they haven't mentioned anything about other oil options when I booked/left the car with them either.

Can I still use 0W/30 oil next time I change it or will I have to use the lower grade oil from now on?
In the dealer itself. On all the leaflets and signs.

I have finally had the fuel filter fitted by Honda Barnsley yesterday (originally they said it will take an hour, I've spent 2.5 hours waiting for the car).

I've also questioned the engine oil used for the service and got 2 conflicting answers (from the car parts dept man and reception/service geezer) - one said it was Magnatec 10W/40 and the other one said they only use Castrol 5W/40 full synthetic oil.

Overall I'm very disappointed with Honda service, at least at the Barnsley branch.

I'm considering raising a formal complaint with Honda UK.

It says Magnatec on the receipt. You do need to tell them if you want anything other than 10w40. I would complain about the fuel filter not being replaced despite asking the first time. The oil i don't think you will get very far with.

My complaint is more about the incompetence of the staff, giving conflicting information, not all parts being replaced despite clearly agreeing it before. It caused me a lot of inconvenience, I had to waste a day off work etc.
