power switch panel

I, i like to remove the power switch panels from the front and the rear door (for painting in carbon folie) please tell me how to remove them.

the bits where the window switches are?

it's door panel off (check out the How To section under installing speakers), then the window switch section is held onto the panel with 3 or 4 screws (from underneath / inside the panel)
