Gone for a Prius
Well done to ya TC
Believe it or not I'm actually getting rid of my Civic as well!! After just over a year of having a dodgy car that never worked properly, I decided enough is enough and I couldn't take it anymore! Basically I place the blame firmly on Chiswick Honda (I'm not scared to name and shame!), who in my honest opinion have the WORST customer services I have ever experienced. I informed them of the long list of problems I had been having with the car and the fact that it had been in their workshop more often than I had it out in the road. They promised to find me a replacement - that was in MAY of last year! I will NEVER be going back there, and I will be VERY cautious before buying a Honda again. I've decided to go for the Toyota Prius as I work in central London and it's exempt from the congestion charge, that and the fact it’s loaded with gadgets!!! I can't believe it can even park itself - although I doubt I'll use that part very often. I'd like to thank TC, Pottsy, CZ and everyone else that's been a friend of mine on here, this is without a doubt the best car forum I've ever had the pleasure of being a part of. Good luck for the future and I'll hopefully still pop in from time to time. Dan |

And as for TC, you're as a former owner of a Civic still allowed to post here your comment's and advice and share your experience with newer owners. Laurent |

I am sorry to hear about your experience at Chiswick as you know my experience with them was dreadful hence swapping to Ruislip for after care, trouble is I liked them all so much at Ruislip I am having withdrawal symptons lol Good look with the new car and please come back an let me know how you are, I will listen out for you on tv What a shame that Honda are losing so many customers due to poor quality and customer service, we are just a drop in the ocean to them and make very little difference. Take care and enjoy the new car Tracy |

I agree, Chiswick Honda are the worst dealership (all makes!) I have ever come across. They never do what you ask and don't give a t*ss, in my case they even caused £1000 worth of damage when doing the filler cap upgrade.
