Type R gear surround and shelf lid above

Hi,
I am trying to rid myself of the silver plastic around the standard Civic gear stick - therefore the surround and also the lid to a small compartment above. I attach a photo:

I am guessing the gear surround is a good guess at the part name but no idea on the compartment front lid above it! On the new Type S and all Type R's these parts are of black finish which is what I am after. Can you help me with part names, part numbers and prices if you can get em?

I'm also after the Type R gear surround ring, but can't manage to get the buy whenever it comes...
If there's any available, give me a shout please!
