Seibon carbon bonnet group buy

Hey people...
Been chatting with the guys at Seibon about doing us a deal on the carbon OEM bonnet if we buy in reasonably good numbers and we've come up with a price that suits

I brought one myself and finally got it fitted on Monday - Its damn cool as you can see from the pictures - Its 'wet' carbon so its the nice glossy finish .

We need a minimum of 5 confirmed to get the group buy price which is £445 including vat and I have also managed to swing FREE FITTING at our Sumo Power facility here in Rye , East Sussex .

DELIVERY OPTIONS ;-

1)Seibon UK charge £50 delivery per bonnet which is a big cost on top of the GB price I know - I am told that this is because they have to package them in large boxes to prevent damage in transit (I paid this and my lovely bonnet arrived undamaged in a huuuuge box lol!)

2)Sumo have a new warehouse in Daventry (just off the M1 Junct 16) not open to the public yet but I can arrange for one of our drivers to collect the Bonnets in bulk from Seibon and you can collect it in person from Daventry

3) FREEEEEEEEEE FITTING at our state of the art facility in Rye , East Sussex - We also have an in-house paint shop so if you wanted lightweight but not the carbon look we can quote for paintwork too

The group buy will run from 3rd Feb until 24th Feb and Seibon estimate that once we confirm numbers with them it will take 7-10 days to get them into the UK - Payment will need to be made before order is confirmed so make sure we're all ready to rock with the dollars if you deffo want one

Don't mean to sound cheeky, but is there any other incentive for those of us who live too far away from you guys for fitting? It's just that those who are lucky enough to take advantage of that are saving around 50-100 over what I'd need to put out due to delivery and fitting...

Carbon on black is cool! Subtle = good & people don't come out with stupid comments.

My bro had one on his supercharged EK4 and was subtle but gets alot of respect from people in the know.

Id be interested

Is there anymore discount if theres more than 5?

The next level for discount would be more than 10 so if we can get the numbers ... It's not going to be a mega amount but still a good saving!! Subtle is good .. depends on what the car will be used for though..I mean look at my old EP3 Dave...Yellow & red with carbon bonnet...I dont do subtle lol!!

Is there much of a saving in weight over the standard bonnet?

It does seem quite a bit lighter - I'll go and weigh my standard one and get the official figure for the Seibon one today

Well as a very weak comparison....I ahd a fiat punto with bonnet composed of a fibre-glass frame with CF overlay...which was 8kg lighter than the OE metal one.
