Just a quick update. All group buy bonnets have been made and are with all their new owners (except for a couple of people due to pay the remainder of their balance).
Rain guards are now in development, but hopefully they wont be required anytime soon if the rain can stay away!

If anyone is interested in one of these don't hesitate to get in contact.

Well what an absolute joke....

I just sent a message to Aerokit and asked them for a price for this bonnet and they quoted 500 pounds for the bonnet and 500 pounds for delivery..

I can get a J's racing one from JDM here in Australia for about the same price

They are on drugs

Very annoyed

Tegiwa can send a bonnet to aus for 50 quid...

Shame they might have got a big order for the right price

I'm a big supporter of Aerokit but that is pretty steep tbh I'm sure insures delivery to the value of the item can be stained cheaper than that...

Was that one bonnet?

Yes that was for one bonnet...

They just sent me another reply saying that 500 is cheaper than actual cost....yeh whatever....and

Tegiwa bonnet would be shipped from china directly to me ....that sounds like crap too...

They also said i could not get the group buy deal...

I can understand your frustration, but please try to find a company in the UK who will send the bonnet with fragile priority shipping by air from the UK to Australia for a package with the dimensions of 150cm x 90cm x 20cm with a packed weight of around 6kg.

I would probably ask Tegiwa where they are shipping the bonnet from...

Please also check the beginning of the thread. The group buy was for a group of people who all wanted to purchase the item at the same time therefore giving a discounted price. Unfortunately single purchases remain at the price stated a number of times on the thread.

Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.

If you can get a better deal then that is fair enough, good luck with your purchase.

Tegiwa bonnet would be shipped from China as that is where they are made.

Group buy deal you wouldn't get the price as stated above, if you wanted several for people in Australia I would imagen they could do you a deal on the price and maybe even some kind.of.combined shipping.

Price does seem steep but if that is how much it costs then can't expect them too loose out.
