Can you do me a favour please mate and see if your mate can tell you the weight for both 17x7.5 and 17x8 wheels. Ive tried googling and not got on well, straight from the horses mouth is much easier and reliable Thanks

Everywhere I've looked 17x 7.5 is 8.2kg and 17x8 is 9kg and 18x8 is 9kg

How It's going to work


1) Can everyone pm me a contact number that Demon Tweeks will be able to get you on.

2) Once I get contact numbers I'll forward these along with list above to my friend at Demon Tweeks.

3) Depending on how busy he is you'll receive a call either on Thursday or Friday to take the payment via debit or credit card (please ensure you have funds available).

4) Once everyone has paid he will place the order with Team Dynamics, any delay in people paying means all of us will have to wait longer. (if you don't get a call then let me know asap so I can chase him up)

5) After we have all paid, we will have to wait around 2 weeks till Demon Tweeks receive the order and then we can arrange a day to go over to have them fitted or delivered.

For anyone else that is interested then these are the prices:-

Set of 4 8x18 Team Dynamic Pro Race 1.2 in standard colours (matt black, gloss black, white, silver) are £528.00 including VAT

Set of 4 8x18 Team Dynamic Pro Race 1.2 in custom colours (Orange, Red, Blue, Green) are £608.00 including VAT

Set of 4 8x17 Team Dynamic Pro Race 1.2 in standard colours (matt black, gloss black, white, silver) are £516.00 including VAT

Set of 4 8x17 Team Dynamic Pro Race 1.2 in custom colours (Orange, Red, Blue, Green) are £596.00 including VAT

(Note: if VAT doesn’t apply to you then deduct this from the prices above)

All above wheels come with a free fitting kit so you can fit straight onto your car, if you require coloured nuts (£34.00) and lockers (£30.00) these are extra cost to the above prices. Or you can source your own if found cheaper.

If you require delivery in the uk then this is charged at £20.00 per set of wheels. If you require postage outside the uk then let me know and I’ll get a price.

If you can collect the wheels from Demon Tweeks they will switch your tyres (225/40/18 or 225/45/17 ) over to new wheels including balancing for £20.00.

If you require new tyres then let me know what brand/size you require along with best price you’ve been quoted and I’ll try get you a better price. To give you an example I can get 225/45/17 Yoko AD08 tyres for £118.00 each and they will fit and balance them free if you’re having a set of wheels in this group buy.

We will be placing the order on the 31st May, so you need to have the funds available and can pay on the 31st May as the wheels won’t be ordered until everyone has paid. The wheels will arrive at Demon Tweeks together so this will be around 2 weeks after the 31st as the custom colours are made to order. We then need to arrange a day when we can all go to Demon Tweeks together to have the wheels swapped over and have a mini meet J (cerberous I’ll see if you can go another time due to not being able make a Saturday).

Thats not a problem Paul can bring it over with me. The wheel was £140 plus delivery and I managed to get you free delivery. Will try again see if I can get it any cheaper but can't promise I will.

I did ring Demon Tweeks today as needed get a Price for Staffs Deltic and queried if it was correct that the 8x17 and the 8x18 are the same weight and they are due to how it's made.

They do a 7.5x17 why is lighter at 8.2kg if thats any use to you?
