update, light is at the end of the tunnel

i phoned on wed and there was no new news,i phoned today (frid)and they have received 1 filter ,they say due to the backlog with the machines breaking down the filters are now being made and will start coming in ,as soon as they get them in i get them next day and will post them out ,pipercross have apologised as i told them that another week will mean more moans n groans but this is there busiest time of the year,i suppose if all the the filters had been paid on time we would have had them by now,i will phone them on monday for another update.

Just spoken to Pipercross. They have a considerable amount of back orders for filters due to production machine failures.
Our filters are part of the backlog.
Pipercross uk are doing all they can to prioritise the orders. Some orders have been held up longer than ours.
I think we should mainatain our patients a little longer.
I for one am willing to wait (but not for ever) as I know from the past the quality of Pipercross products.

Keep smiling its Friday and the suns out

John,

Not at present, your filters are at the top of our back order priority list, so should start to come through any time.

Just had this email from pipercross.

Just to let you know, the filters are now through. We have additional stock available on the shelf for anybody who hasn’t ordered these on the original group buy, so these can be purchased through our website www.thepipercrossshop.co.uk to order direct. If you could post this information on the forum that would be great.
