Responce Times

Hi all,

I'd just like to nip a slight issue in the bud. At the moment I'm struggling to return pm's and answer threads within the time that people would like. This doesn't mean I don't value your custom or communication, It's simply a case of not having enough time in the working day. I have even been writing replies whilst at home in the recent past. I hope that you remember that Civinfo, The Honda Accord Owners Club, and my Ebay sales are something extra to my job, on top of keeping a vast trade customer base, 7 demanding technicians, a high volume sales department, and obviously the average walk in Honda owner happy. Thanks for your understanding and I hope that we have many more years happy trading together.

Gareth.

Edit: I spelt Response with a "C" on purpose, honest lol

Hi Gareth,

No problem, I'm not in any great rush for my query.

Regards

Dave

Here's an idea Gareth.

As you have included the parts department phone number in your signature, people could always ring you and speak to you if it is and urgent enquiry.
