Type-s bumper inserts

How much are a pair of front bumper inserts, mesh type, for the Type-s (where the foglights would be)?
Are they already painted around the edge?
Want to fit them to my NHB 2.2 sport 2006.

£7.80 a side, and they are colour coded from factory.
