Hello people of civinfo.com.

Quick introduction about ourselves and what we are able to offer forum members. We are a Honda specific dealer based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, who have been trading with the brand for over 30 years. We undertake all types of Honda repairs, servicing, parts supply, and new and used car sales.

After speaking to forum admin I have arranged for us to offer the club a number of unique benefits:

We will offer all club members a 15% discount on labour charges.

Provide up to a 15% discount on parts and up to a 20% discount on accessories.

A full mail order parts supply with a competitive price structure

Expert Technical advice from our Master Technician, Steve Mitchell. Who is currently the Honda overall technician of the year, as well as being the youngest person ever to achieve the prestigious status of Master Technician within Honda.

The main people who will be monitoring this section and trying to fulfil your parts and service requests will be Gareth, Lee, and Martin. Combined we have over 35 years of Honda Experience. Not forgetting Steve who will try his best to give the technical answers.

Would the accessories include wheels? My civvie came with a set of Accord wheels and I would like a spare but find them abit too expensive, but am not happy with the space saver.

Wonder if site admin would consider a national mailshot to judge interest?

The most effective way would be for individual members to speak to their dealer on our behalf. That way, they can take a look at the site, and make a decision based on that.

To that end, perhaps we could create a standard "message" people can take or pass on to their dealer.

I am currently in the process of putting together mail order price lists for my ebay customers. So as soon as i have finished i'll post a copy onto the forum.

Lippy, if you could pm me with the exact type of wheels you have I'll try and work you out a better price.

Not all good news though I'm afraid. Being honest, unless you are local to us you would be better buying the space saver wheel kit from your local dealer

. We as a dealer, get a 10% reduction on the retail price on this product ( retail is £100, we buy them in at £90), so once you take into consideration postage charges etc etc it just wouldn't be economical for you. Obviously if you wanted to collect from us we could do you 5% off. Sorry to be a party pooper so early on.

I'll second that! Or just generally in London please!! Is it just me or are all the dealers in London not very good at Customer Service?

Thats London for you. I ended up buying my car in Colchester for this reason.

So far Ruislip have been fine.

They are part of the larger Thames Honda group.

Wonder how Thames Honda would feel if one of their dealers was stealing extra business via forum related discounts ?
