tyre pressures

Am i reading the door jam right as it seems to suggest 38 psi all round?Just seems a bit high and im used to a tad less on the back compared to the front.Would this also be applicable to the 225/40/18 Pilot Sports?

34/33 on mine (normal speed), but then I have 225/45/17.
