2009 CR-V EX Spec: What size spare wheel/tyre?

Grateful if someone could please advise the size of the SPARE wheel & tyre (space-saver type) that is fitted as standard to the UK 2009 EX model

(i.e for use in conjunction with the OEM factory spec 18" Phantom alloy rims).

Reason I ask is that I have just bought a set of the 18" OEM Phantom wheels for my basic 2009 SE model (which came with the naff 17" steel rims), but am unsure if I now also need a new space-saver spare (or maybe just a tyre for the existing space-saver rim).

My current (space-saver) spare wheel has a Tyre labelled: T155/90 D17 101M

I am hoping that the lower profile of the 18" tyre means that I can keep my existing spare wheel.

Yes, you can keep your current spare wheel because 225/65R17 & 225/60R18 have the same diameter/circumference .... so the spare wheel is the same on all trims.

Tire size calculator is a nice site/tool to compare different wheel/tyre sizes.

If you still have the Steel wheels, I need a full size spare for when I am towing. If you live any where near Lancs / Yorks border I will buy one from you. Al
