Great Job a bit scary, can I fit the lights without taking the bumper off if i'm not worried about them working. Can I just take the blanking plates out and pop the lights in

You need to insert them from behind, so you need to take the bumper off ideally.

Yes, the bumper needs to come off, there wont be holes in the bottom of the bumper to tighten the securing bolt and the markings to drill the holes are on the inside.

hi just inquiring on your fog light install i've just ordered the kit how does the bumper fit at the top by the headlights? & the wheel arch cover looks like poprivets on my civic are they just some sort of clip?
