Just changed to type R grill with me dad, thx everyone for making this a very helpfull post. We only broke one clip
And i must say i am very pleased with 'her' new look |

Thanks for that ........Iwill try it again in a few days. Is it just a case of squeesing the clip together and pulling it back towards the front???

Hi, Just wondering how you managed to get the clips out on the top cover without breaking them. First one I tried snaped straight away so I gave up. Got CTR and I'm trying to put type r grill badge on.

It's the 8 clips that you first get to when you lift the bonnet, I only want to remove the mesh grill to put the badge on, not remove it all. You can't get under the cover to press the legs together.
