Tracking

Hi,

I ordered a Mugen Quick Shift on the 30. May IIRC and because its not getting sent to me and because of my current location I can not find out wether it has arrived or not. I used EMS as the delivery method and never recieved a tracking number. Could you please look into this for me.

Thanks

Order Number: TD201005302

Should be here this week. The reason why it takes so long, is because they need to calculate the correct amount of duty for the parts. Each part depending on the material they are made of, are charged differently. So they have to go through £60k+ worth of parts, which just takes ages.

Ah okay...but no hurry for me...the parts still have 40 days until I need them here
I just asked to check if everything is going fine until the customs "stopped" the process
